This Raspberry Chipotle Cheeseball Wreath is a holiday hit! You can easily use half of this recipe to make just a regular cheeseball. I love to serve these with crostini, but buttery Ritz crackers are great too! Garnishing with red tomatoes and fragrant green rosemary make it the perfect holiday appetizer!

Ingredients
-
2 8 oz bricks cream cheese, softened
-
2 c grated sharp white cheddar cheese
-
1/2 c toasted pecan pieces
-
1/2 jar Southern Roots Sisters Raspberry Chipotle Jam
-
8 oz bag real bacon pieces
-
1 small to medium sweet onion, chopped
-
1 T oil
-
Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Saute onion in 1 T oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook until caramelized.
Cream together the cheeses, pecan pieces, Southern Roots Sisters Raspberry Chipotle Jam, caramelized onion, and salt & pepper to taste.
Pour half the bacon into bundt pan of your choice lined with cling wrap and spoon cheese ball mixture over the top and smooth out. Wrap and chill for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Unwrap cheese ball and place onto serving dish. Press remaining bacon to the sides and serve. *Optional* Garnish with fresh rosemary and cherry tomatoes for a festive holiday look.
Recipe Note
You can easily use half the ingredients to make a traditional cheese ball with this instead of a large wreath!
